Comfortable room, excellent breakfast, with a Starbucks located downstairs for your morning caffeine fix and the KC Streetcar stopping right in front for convenient city exploration.

My stay exceeded expectations! The King Studio Suite was spacious and clean, with secure lobby access. The location is a gem, right by the streetcar, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Friendly staff like Albie made a significant difference. Just note the parking situation could be better. It’s well-lit but outdoor and a bit unclear.

our stay at the hampton inn was delightful! the location is fantastic, with the kc streetcar stopping right in front, making it super easy to get around. we loved that breakfast was included and the staff were attentive and friendly. they really brightened up when we acknowledged how hard they were working during a busy volleyball tournament, which was heartwarming.

Had an excellent stay! The tram stop right outside made exploring super easy, and the breakfast was surprisingly good—my picky kids even loved it! Just wish the trains weren’t so loud at night.

The hotel provides a great base for exploring Kansas City. We enjoyed being close to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame and other historical sites. The rooms were big enough for our large family, including our pets, making it a comfortable stay.

My kids wished there were more activities for families, especially with so many attractions nearby. A pool would have made our stay more enjoyable.

The king room was super comfy with a flat-screen TV, microwave, and refrigerator. The bathroom had excellent toiletries, and the fitness center looked great. Breakfast was tasty with options like eggs and fresh fruit. The hotel’s right on the KC streetcar line, making it easy to get around downtown, which is a huge plus.

During my stay, I appreciated the hotel’s accessibility. the elevators required room keys for security, which made me feel safe. The spacious lobby was beautifully decorated, and the staff's attentive service added a lovely touch to my experience.

My experience was positive overall. The location is convenient and everything is within walking distance. The room was spacious and offered all necessary comforts. I particularly liked having a balcony with a view of the city. It made my evenings relaxing.
